Heating & Serving
Our smoked tenderloins are fully cooked and ready to eat. Therefore don't be alarmed by the pink juices in the packaging. If you want to serve it warm, wrap it, including the juices, in foil or place in a covered pan or on ovenproof serving platter with foil over the top, tucked in around the platter edges. We recommend it be served warm by placing it in a 300 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. If you wish to serve it more done, leave in oven for longer period of time. Do not slice until ready to serve.
